What is Loot & Scoot?

Loot & Scoot is a hectic, craziest-laughs-filled arcade platformer where you play as a would-be dad-turned-thief crashing floors for cash. With cartoon-style destruction, random hazards, and procedurally generated levels, each run turns into another hilarious disaster. Crushing bathtubs, dodging lasers, or triggering shrink-ray mischief keep the adrenaline flowing and the funny bone exercising.

How to Play

Controls: Hold and swipe to move your clumsy thief left or right.
Objective: Crash downward through floors, grabbing coins, dodging hazards, and breaking everything in sight.
Momentum Matters: Chain combos by smashing multiple floors consecutively for exponential score multipliers.
Survive the Chaos: Beware of cops, traps, and wacky power-ups that may assist or disrupt your escape.

Tips & Tricks

Bathtub Bonus: Drop directly on bathtubs to break several floors at once.
Shrink Ray Strategy: Being hit by a shrink ray shrinks you, making it easier to dodge traps but more difficult to break floors.
Combo King: Planet those downwards crashes to chain speed boosts and pile up big points.
Secret Rewards: Keep playing to unlock hidden skins and discover strange building surprises.

History

Though the game lacks any solid backstory, the idea began by drawing inspiration from some classic arcade platformers, namely Helix Jump and Jelly Hop, with a crazy twist: destructive, physics-based chaos. Procedural generation is the game's acceptance of differences; hence no two runs would feel the same. It is an immensely replayable game.
