What is Lugia’s Ocean?

Lugia’s Ocean is essentially a fan-made Pokémon RPG set in the all-new Oceanic Region wherein the player assumes the role of an up-and-coming Pokémon trainer embarking on various adventures under the guidance of Lugia, the legendary guardian of the sea. This game completely changes the usual Pokémon formula with a new storyline, new Pokémon up to Gen 4, and new mechanics that allow underwater exploration. Battle gym leaders, solve mysteries, and establish yourself as the region's top trainer while saving the ocean from threats.

How to Play

In true tradition of Pokémon, this game delivers some familiar workings with a few exciting twists:

Start your journey: Choose a starter Pokémon and go about exploring the Oceanic Region, a whole new map inspired by Kanto but with all-new actual locations.
Battle & Catch: Engage in turn-based battles, level up your team, and capture wild Pokémon for your collection.
Underwater Exploration: Explore underwater locations new to this game where you'll find even more hidden Pokémon surprises and secrets.
Interacting with Lugia: Interact with Lugia to gain advice and access to cool powers.
Trades and Complete: Trade with other players to fill your Pokédex and strengthen your team.

Tips & Tricks

Balance Your Team: Since this region unites Pokémon up to Gen 4, diversify your team to adversities confronting different gyms and rivals.
Explore Thoroughly: Underwater areas hide really rare Pokémon or rare items. Do not neglect them!
