What is Pokémon Blue?
A Game Boy Color game that soon became one of the very first entries into the Pokémon franchise, alongside Pokémon Red, thus beginning this illustrious series of games. As a trainer, you go around Kanto catching and training Pokémon and battling gym leaders so that you can go on to finally become the very best. With its turn-based combat, strategic team-building, and nostalgic 8-bit charm, Pokémon Blue remains a crown jewel of the series.
